Evernote

Evernote is designed for note taking, organizing, tasks lists, and archiving. Notes can be sorted into a notebook, tagged, annotated, edited, given comments, searched, and exported.

While templates could be made available as documents or spreadsheets, using Evernote is particularly useful because the trainees will get acquainted with the full range of options provided by Evernote, options which greatly assist in coordinating and planning learning activities.

Evernote is cross-platform, including iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows and macOS.

Evernote is free with monthly usage limits. Paid plans for expanded limits are available.

In 2016, Evernote announced its privacy policy would be changing in January 2017, leading to claims the policy allowed employees to access users’ content. In response to those concerns, Evernote responded the policy would not be implemented, and employees would not have access to users’ content.
